We live in a world changing faster than most of us can absorb โ and the gap between who we are today and who we need to become is widening by the year. I built my career navigating exactly that gap. Now I help others do the same.
I didn't start at a corner office. I started at the ground floor โ and worked my way up over 30 years through five distinct industries: utilities, healthcare, industrial systems, automotive mobility, and Silicon Valley SaaS. That journey took me across four continents and into cultural contexts most professionals never experience in a single career. I led and scaled global teams of 50 to 150 people, drove regulated mission-critical rollouts, and operated at board and C-suite level.
Here is what I have seen up close: the titles and specialties we built careers around are fading fast. A skill that took years to earn can be disrupted overnight. And yet โ most of us are still running the same playbook, hoping it holds. The hamster wheel feels productive. But you know the feeling: "I can be more โ why can't I get there?"
There are millions of frameworks, tools, and techniques available for free. AI can help you build a personal development plan in minutes. But what AI cannot do is sit in the room with you when you are at a real crossroads โ when the decision is hard, the stakes are personal, and what you need is not another framework but a thinking partner who genuinely knows your story. That human in the loop is what I am here to be.
My coaching practice did not begin with a certification. I served as visiting faculty coaching young managers on organisational theory, team dynamics, and digital transformation. Informally, over 20 years, I have coached more than 20 professionals โ mid-career to senior โ through career crises, role transitions, leadership crossroads, and decisions that felt impossible to make alone.

Over that journey โ directing a $55M global transformation program, building and leading a 145-person international organisation, and delivering 50+ enterprise programs across 45+ organisations worldwide โ one consistent pattern emerged: the most meaningful impact rarely came from the work itself. It came from helping people think clearly, lead with confidence, and navigate what's next.
I've coached 20+ professionals over two decades, currently coach a startup CEO on product strategy and organisational leadership, and work alongside senior technology leaders navigating executive career transitions.
